Please return your purchase for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to refund shipping charges.
We can not offer refunds or exchanges on special order items or clearance items. Merchandise must be unworn and in new condition and in the original packaging to protect the jewelry in shipping.
Bonus Gifts: If returning an item that qualified you for a bonus gift, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, your account will be charged for its value.
Extended Christmas Return Policy:
Jewelry items only purchased between October 10th and Christmas may be returned to us by January 15th for refund or exchange.
- Please put the jewelry in the original gift box and bubble wrap that it came in to
protect the jewelry during shipment and use a box.
Your jewelry will not arrive safely in
a bubble wrap mailer. The priority boxes are free at the post office.
- Please include a copy of your receipt as it has all the information we need.
If you do not have your receipt, include your name, address, phone number and email address so we can notify you when we receive your item.
- We also need the date of purchase so we can locate your original order to process your exchange or refund.
- Include the item number you would like for us to send you for the exchange.
