Genuine Number 8 Mine Turquoise Stone set in Sterling Silver Pendant. Free 18" Sterling Silver Chain with Purchase of Pendant. Created by Navajo Artist Larson Lee. Signed by the artist. The Number 8 mine is located in Eureka County Nevada. Since 1976 there has been no Number 8 Turquoise mined. There is however, an existing stock pile that Mr. Dowell Ward, the last owner of the Number 8 mine, had stocked away for later sorting. The Turquoise is a collector's item--because once the reserve is gone there will be no more material released onto the market. The Gold Mining Company owns the claim to the Number 8 mine and it has been swallowed up by the gold mining operations. This is some of the last Number 8 Turquoise to be had and will be a great addition to your collection.
Authentic Native American Jewelry Approximate Dimensions: Pendant is 2 1/4" L including bale x 1 1/8" W.

Arte Yellowhorse makes the most wonderful jewelry. These earrings are no exception. They are perfect in every way and match a ring that I bought several years ago. Fast/EZ transaction and delivery.

This is a beautiful ring and it fits perfectly. I am partial to the green colored turquoise and was happy to see a good selection of the Nevada mines represented, although the one I bought was actually from a Colorado mine. I will definitely be purchasing again. I wonder if it would be possible in the future to carry jewelry with larger stones.
